Tyler earned his Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana Monroe, and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He is currently certified in Functional Dry Needling. 

Tyler is a native of Frierson, Louisiana. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family. While at UL Monroe, he was a part of the fishing team that was named the “2018 Bassmaster Team of the Year”!
